When Bolun's daughter was two years old and began to learn to speak, he started teaching her that black was white and vice versa in their daily conversations. She initially found it perplexing, but as time went on, she became familiar with the concept to the point where she could manipulate it as a game. As she entered school, her familiarity with language expanded. Bolun quietly ceased the practice without informing her and resumed normal expressions. However, his daughter still occasionally engages in the practice, even reminding her father at times. The performance was documented in written form, and through video when possible.
