沈博伦以行动办公室的名义在中国大陆征集中国公民转让各自认为自己未来可第一次参与大陆地区最高领导人大选的投票权，选票成为期货，行动办公室将监督其效力。该权利转让，被设计成一张卡牌，进入市场被收藏。

第一批票权共9张，于2024年1月13日台湾大选日拍卖，其中3张被收藏。

该项目为长期项目，征集更多选票，行动办公室辅助转让。

In the name of the Action Office, Bolun Shen called on Chinese citizens in mainland China to transfer their voting rights for what they believe will be their first participation in the election of the highest leader in the mainland area. The votes become futures, and the Action Office will oversee their effectiveness. The transferred right is designed as a trading card, entering the market to be collected.

The first batch of voting rights consists of nine cards, auctioned on January 13, 2024 — the day of the Taiwan presidential election — with three cards collected.

This project is a long-term initiative, aiming to be joined by more future voters, with the Action Office facilitating their transfer.
