沈博伦和他的好朋友邬靓因为个人原因、中美之间的政治紧张局势，在大学毕业后的十年里没有见面。2022年底，他们决定从各自在北京和纽约的住所开始一场同步表演，并计划在瑞士日内瓦的联合国欧洲总部见面。重聚之后，他们一同前往日内瓦湖，在那里洗净了他们从出发就穿着的贴身T恤，随后相互交换赠予彼此。

两人事先并未商议所选T恤，然而在晾干过程中他们发现，邬靓选择的T恤为10多年前在沈博伦陪同下于北京购买，该品牌为一位美国人在北京旅行时创立；沈博伦所选T恤为美国知名T恤供应商，中国制造。

Bolun and his good friend Liang had not seen each other in ten years since college due to various personal reasons and political tensions between China and the US. They decided to practice a duet performance from their respective residencies in Beijing and New York, with the plan to meet in person at the UN European headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Upon finally reuniting, they headed to Geneva Lake, where they washed the T-shirts they had been wearing during their travels and exchanged them with each other.

They did not discuss the selected T-shirts in advance. During the drying process, however, the two discovered that the T-shirt Liang chose had been purchased in Beijing, with Bolun accompanying him, more than ten years earlier — a brand founded by an American while traveling in Beijing; Bolun's T-shirt was made in China by a well-known T-shirt supplier from the United States.
